Your beachside patio looks straight out to the sea.This patio is spacious and a nice area for the family to spend time and be together.

You have two master bedrooms on the beach side of the home both with ensuite marble bathrooms, each with tub, shower and double vanity. A Staircase off the master bedroom patio allows you to quickly nip down and join the pathway to the beach for easier access.

This home is nearly 1 million dollars less than the home above and the home below. Being on a middle floor, we were unable to include a pool, and hence the price differential. A sound investment indeed!

Your 60ft berth is located in the marina directly behind the apartment, near to your two covered parking spots. The dock power unit provides electricity, water, telephone and cable TV for the boat.
