Port St. Charles is Barbados' first residential marine development and is set in a 22 acre community.  The luxury residences feature apartments and villas ranging from one bedroom apartments to five bedroom villas with lagoon or beach front views.  All properties have a private berth for a yacht as well as access to all the resort facilities. Port St. Charles enjoys partnership with St. Peter's Bay and Port Ferdinand which can both be accessed by Port St. Charles residents via their water taxi.

Port St. Charles has six mega-yacht berths located on the offshore breakwater that can accommodate yachts up to 250ft and two offshore anchoring mooring buoys that can accommodate yachts in excess of 250ft.

All residents enjoy use of facilities which include use of the conference centre and the water taxi service which can pick them up from their villa.  On site is a  gym  and hair salon. For the more active there are two floodlit tennis courts and watersports on our secluded beach.  Villa Owners can also enjoy meals at the restaurant by the resort pool.

Security is a top priority at The Port St. Charles Marina with a security checkpoint at the entrance as well as security patrols throughout the marina and residences.
